When will my package be ready?
Packages are stocked in your villa before check-in. Same-day is available before 1 PM when confirmed with your concierge.
Can hosts order packages for guests?
Yes — many Los Cabos hosts and property managers gift a welcome package to every arriving guest. Contact our concierge to set up recurring orders.
What if I need something not in a package?
Add it as a custom item — your concierge confirms availability and adjusts the total before charging.
