Everything about where we deliver, how far ahead to order, and how pricing, substitutions and payment work. Your Blue Desert Cabo concierge confirms availability and your exact total before anything is charged.
We stock villas across Cabo San Lucas (including Pedregal and Médano Beach), the Tourist Corridor (Corredor Turístico, including Palmilla), San José del Cabo, the Puerto Los Cabos area and Encanto de la Laguna. Staying just outside these areas? Add your villa address and Google Maps pin at checkout and your concierge will confirm delivery for you.
Order at least 48 hours before arrival so we can confirm availability and stock your villa before check-in. Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 1 PM, subject to availability.
For each item you decide whether we may swap a similar product if yours is unavailable, or contact you first. You are always in control — nothing is charged before you approve it.
Fresh produce, seafood and meat change price daily with sourcing, so we show an estimate and confirm the exact amount before charging. No surprises at checkout.
After we confirm your order, we send a secure payment link. Your card is processed safely by our payment provider — pricing and the final total are always confirmed with you first.
$100 USD minimum order, and delivery is free — no delivery fee — within our service area (Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos and Encanto de la Laguna). No hidden charges. For villas just outside this area, your concierge confirms any detail before you approve.
