Grocery delivery in Los Cabos — how it works, where and when
Everything about where we deliver, how far ahead to order, and how pricing, substitutions and payment work. Your Blue Desert Cabo concierge confirms availability and your exact total before anything is charged.
Where we deliver
We stock villas across Cabo San Lucas (including Pedregal and Médano Beach), the Tourist Corridor (Corredor Turístico, including Palmilla), San José del Cabo, the Puerto Los Cabos area and Encanto de la Laguna. Staying just outside these areas? Add your villa address and Google Maps pin at checkout and your concierge will confirm delivery for you.
When to order
Order at least 48 hours before arrival so we can confirm availability and stock your villa before check-in. Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 1 PM, subject to availability.
Substitutions
For each item you decide whether we may swap a similar product if yours is unavailable, or contact you first. You are always in control — nothing is charged before you approve it.
Price guarantee
Our prices are updated weekly straight from our premium supplier. If a supplier price changes after you order, we absorb the difference — the total you approve is the total you pay. No estimates, no surprises.
Taxes & card fee
Product prices are shown before tax. At checkout we add 16% Mexican tax and a 4% card-processing fee, each on its own line — never merged. You always approve the final total before anything is charged.
How you pay
Pay securely by card at checkout (processed by Stripe). Your card is charged for the total you approve; if something is unavailable we substitute it or refund the difference — or send your order by WhatsApp and receive a secure payment link instead.
Free delivery & minimum order
$60 USD minimum order, and delivery is free — no delivery fee — within our service area (Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos and Encanto de la Laguna). No hidden charges. For villas just outside this area, your concierge confirms any detail before you approve.

Our concierge assists in English and Spanish. Paste your list in either language — we build your cart in seconds.
