We confirm availability and any substitutions. The total you approve is the total you pay — your card is only charged after confirmation.
Stocked before check-in
Your villa fridge and pantry are ready the moment you walk in. Same-day available before 1 PM when confirmed.

How does the substitution work?
For each item you choose whether we can swap a similar product if yours is unavailable, or contact you first. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
Are your prices guaranteed?
Yes. Prices are updated weekly straight from our premium supplier — and if a supplier price changes after you order, we absorb the difference. The total you approve is the total you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Palmilla, Pedregal, Médano Beach, Puerto Los Cabos, Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order, we send a secure payment link. Cards are processed safely — pricing and total are always confirmed first.
